Performance Digital Specialist

About the role

At insurancemarket, the Performance Digital Specialist connects business goals with customer needs, data, technology and growth. You will own the full performance‑marketing funnel, from awareness to acquisition and retention, while leveraging AI‑driven tools to stay ahead of the market.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid channels, aligning with business objectives.
• Drive core metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS and revenue through continuous analysis and optimisation.
• Report performance insights to stakeholders to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Product, Analytics and Commercial teams to improve the end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking) ensuring data integrity.
• Work with creative teams to test messaging, creative and landing page experiences.
• Embed AI tools and automation into campaign management, reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce, fintech, insurance or lead generation.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance KPIs (CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, optimise campaigns and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to translate data into business recommendations.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and technology adoption.
