Junior Art Director

About the role

The Junior Art Director joins DDB’s creative team to support the development and execution of visual concepts across ATL, BTL and digital campaigns. Working closely with senior art directors, copywriters and production teams, the role contributes fresh ideas while ensuring alignment with client strategy and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating visual concepts for advertising, marketing and digital projects.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Senior Art Directors and Copywriters to produce creative assets.
• Execute graphic design work based on approved concepts and direction.
• Adapt and format assets for various media, platforms and physical environments.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal creative presentations.
• Support the team throughout all stages of development and production, ensuring deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Degree or studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Media or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and visual design across print and digital.
• Ability to receive, understand and incorporate feedback from senior creatives.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of design trends and willingness to explore new techniques.
