Senior Art Director – Creative Team

About the role

Ogilvy Greece is looking for a Senior Art Director to join its Creative Team. You will use imagery and design to bring ideas to life, guiding brands into fresh visual territories while ensuring the work looks and feels right.

Key responsibilities

• Develop independent, creative concepts and digital solutions for products, companies, and brands.
• Design and implement Above‑the‑Line (ATL) and Below‑the‑Line (BTL) campaign ideas.
• Create original ideas, concepts, designs and persuasive presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with illustrators, directors, and photographers to execute visual projects.
• Design and develop brand identities, logos, and brochures for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communication Design.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role at an advertising or design agency.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Updated online portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Ability to think outside the box and develop unexpected ideas.
• Experience with large brands is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
