About the role

Join a fast‑growing iGaming company as an Italian‑speaking Customer Support and Sales professional based in Athens. You will interact with Italian‑speaking players, delivering top‑notch assistance and promoting relevant products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian and English via live chat, email, and phone, answering queries about iGaming products.
• Engage proactively with users, offering product information, account guidance, and technical help.
• Identify needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Resolve issues efficiently, document interactions in the CRM, and ensure compliance with responsible gaming standards.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor account activity, verify documentation, and escalate complex cases when required.
• Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and share best practices with international colleagues.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and confident in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, sales or account management within iGaming or a fast‑paced online environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Commitment to confidentiality, compliance and responsible gaming.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
