Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Concentrix Greece as an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative in Athens. You will be the first point of contact for customers of leading global brands, delivering memorable experiences through phone, email, or live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and live chats.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of each interaction and update customer accounts.
• Achieve personal and team performance targets, including call‑handling quotas.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or client service.
• Fluent in Italian with a good level of English.
• Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to understand diverse behaviors.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and active listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Language proficiency: Italian (fluent) and English (good).
