IT Administrator – IT Infrastructure & Support

About the role

The IT Administrator will ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure, covering servers, networks, and software. You will act as the primary technical support for employees and manage system upgrades and backups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT equipment inventory, coordinate hardware repairs, and oversee network peripherals, including UniFi systems.
• Administer ESXi servers, virtual machines, and Windows Server 2019‑2022 environments.
• Support Microsoft SQL Server databases and ERP/CRM Galaxy applications.
• Implement security protocols, perform system backups, and handle telephony system management.
• Provide end‑user technical support (Helpdesk) for Windows, Office 365, and Galaxy ERP/CRM.
• Create and manage user accounts, profiles, and access rights.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Strong communication, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle crisis situations.
