Internal Control Specialist – Global FMCG

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Control Specialist to join the Group Internal Control team at Coca-Cola HBC. In this role you will support management processes, help prevent and detect fraud, ensure compliance, and test the performance of internal controls across a multinational, fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform walkthroughs to evaluate the design effectiveness of internal controls.
• Test internal controls for operational effectiveness according to the defined methodology and annual testing plan.
• Report control deficiencies, align with management on remediation actions, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure controls are aligned with risk and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience testing internal controls in an international setting or audit experience within a Big Four firm.
• Background in the FMCG or CPG industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, SOEL, CIA (in progress or completed) is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.

• Knowledge of internal control testing methodologies.
• Ability to conduct walkthroughs and assess control design.
• Proficiency in reporting control deficiencies and tracking remediation.
