Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Sandblu Resort is seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to support its luxury hospitality operations across Santorini and Athens. You will be the primary HR contact for staff, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee records management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate benefits administration and maintain compliance with employment legislation.
• Assist with performance management processes and HRIS data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Greek employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
