HR Talent & Employee Experience Specialist

About the role

ELTRAK Group is seeking an HR Talent & Employee Experience Specialist to join its growing Human Resources team in Kifisia. The role will support day‑to‑day HR operations and help drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute HR processes for ELTRAK & ELASTRAK companies.
• Assist in the early stages of recruitment, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Support planning and delivery of employee training programs.
• Maintain and monitor physical personnel files to ensure compliance.
• Communicate with employees on HR matters, including insurance and pension information.
• Help organize and execute corporate events and activities.
• Participate in payroll‑related tasks during the second phase of the role.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar HR position.
• Good knowledge of labour legislation and HR procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
