HR Operations Senior Manager

About the role

The HR Operations Senior Manager will act as the bridge between HR and resort operations, ensuring seamless HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Operations Director, you will help deliver an outstanding employee experience in a leading hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Align HR operational policies with the Group’s overall HR strategy and continuously improve procedures.
• Lead the HR Operations team, overseeing employee accommodation, services, and day‑to‑day HR functions at the resort.
• Monitor recruitment progress, manage pre‑boarding, onboarding, hiring, and off‑boarding for seasonal staff.
• Implement retention initiatives, run recognition programs, and analyse turnover and employee satisfaction.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, union liaison, and ensure compliance with Greek labour law, contracts, payroll, permits, sick leave and appraisal processes.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition, manage the HR operational budget and produce KPI‑driven reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within hospitality or large‑scale organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Greek labour legislation and HR operational processes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRM platforms such as Pylon, ERGANI or similar systems.
