HR Manager – Manufacturing Site

About the role

Hellenic Ammunition is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda at its manufacturing site in Lavrio, Greece. You will partner with the General Manager and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business performance and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team on strategic and operational HR matters.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with Greek labour legislation and internal HR policies.
• Implement Group HR standards, processes, and initiatives locally.
• Collaborate with Group HR on compensation, salary reviews, grading, and job evaluation.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee HR administration, payroll inputs, personnel documentation, and data accuracy.
• Monitor HR KPIs, prepare management reports, and provide insights for business decisions.
• Lead organizational change and employee engagement activities while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Work closely with the Group Chief HR Officer and HR colleagues across the MSM Group.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience.
• Previous HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
• Experience in an international or corporate organization is an advantage.
• Fluency in Greek and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong knowledge of Greek labour legislation, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and core HR processes.
