HR Global Services Advisor – Turkey & Greece

About the role

We are looking for an HR Global Services Advisor to lead HR operations for employees in Turkey and Greece. Based in either Istanbul or Athens, you will provide end‑to‑end HR support, ensuring consistent delivery of onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, advising on policies, processes, and local legislation.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: pre‑hire checks, hiring in Workday, onboarding, data changes, leave, disability claims, compensation, benefits, and terminations.
• Implement and review country‑specific HR processes to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.
• Create and distribute informational materials on HR policies, recruitment, training, benefits, and compensation.
• Identify trends, propose improvements, and partner with HR systems teams to automate workflows and enhance user experience.
• Support regional and global HR projects, audits, and internal control standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Turkish and Greek employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle medium to high‑complexity HR issues and provide consultative guidance.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency in Turkish or Greek is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
