HR & ESG Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & ESG Manager to lead our people agenda and drive sustainability initiatives from our Athens headquarters. The role combines full‑cycle HR leadership with responsibility for the Group’s ESG strategy, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all HR matters across entities, including employment law, contracts, payroll supervision (ERGANI, digital work card), recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Develop, maintain and communicate HR policies, internal work regulations and training programmes.
• Coordinate the Group’s ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory frameworks and EU standards.
• Prepare ESG disclosures, annual impact report and website content; monitor ESG KPIs and track progress against targets.
• Engage with investors, regulators, clients and NGOs on ESG topics and represent the company at relevant forums.
• Support bid teams in meeting ESG requirements for public tenders and build partnerships with external sustainability organisations.

Required profile

• Proven HR leadership experience, preferably in the IT sector, with deep knowledge of Greek employment and social insurance legislation.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles, EU sustainability regulations and reporting standards.
• Ability to advise senior management on complex employment issues and drive cultural change.

Required skills

• HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ERGANI, digital work card systems)
• ESG reporting frameworks and standards
• Familiarity with EU Pay Transparency Directive
