About the role

Bob is building a new kind of stay that blends five‑star comfort, local flair and sustainability. As a Hospitality Operations Specialist in Athens, you will be the frontline troubleshooter, ensuring every guest experience meets the brand’s high standards while keeping operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class guest experiences and act as the primary point of contact for reactive operational issues.
• Conduct thorough housekeeping quality audits to uphold exceptionally high cleanliness standards.
• Manage supplier partnerships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Perform property inspections, plan and execute maintenance work to preserve product quality.
• Identify best practices, propose operational improvements and challenge conventional processes.
• Develop, improve and implement Bob’s standard operating procedures.
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance for assigned properties.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in apart‑hotel or operations roles.
• Customer‑service mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proactive attitude toward operational issues.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
• Fluent in English and based in Athens.
