Head of Rooms Division

About the role

The Head of Rooms Division leads the Front Office, Guest Relations and Housekeeping teams at a luxury resort in Corfu, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement service standards, guest communication guidelines and operating protocols across the Rooms Division.
• Monitor service performance and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee operational effectiveness, productivity, budgeting, payroll and procurement for Front Office, Guest Relations and Housekeeping.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and retention of seasonal and permanent staff.
• Handle escalated guest concerns, ensuring professional service recovery.
• Collaborate with Head of F&B and Executive Chef to align service delivery and guest flow.
• Manage PMS, CRM, e‑Concierge platforms and ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in hotel Rooms Division or similar hospitality operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost structures.
• Excellent people management skills, fostering a performance‑focused culture.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and contribute to strategic planning.
