Assistant Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports daily operations across our resort locations on Crete and Corfu, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards. This full‑time, seasonal position offers the chance to develop leadership skills within a leading family‑focused beach resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily housekeeping activities and ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards.
• Support, train, and motivate housekeeping attendants and supervisors to maintain high performance.
• Inspect rooms and public areas, promptly addressing any quality issues.
• Help manage inventory, linen stock, and coordinate supply orders.
• Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping in a professional manner.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
• Report maintenance issues and aid the Housekeeping Manager with administrative tasks and scheduling.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to multitask and interact professionally with guests.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
