Head of Legal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, business‑oriented Head of Legal to lead the legal agenda of Hellenic Ammunition S.A. The role provides strategic legal advice to senior management and supports all local business functions while ensuring close cooperation with the MSM Greece General Manager and the Group Legal Department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the legal agenda of Hellenic Ammunition S.A.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory and operational matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents.
• Identify, assess and manage legal and compliance risks across the business.
• Oversee legal issues related to operations, projects, procurement, HR, finance and commercial activities.
• Manage relationships with external law firms and advisors.
• Support corporate governance, dispute resolution and other legal matters as needed.
• Handle GDPR and data‑protection matters.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise on their impact.
• Collaborate closely with the Group Legal Department on cross‑border and Group‑level issues.

Required profile

• Greek lawyer qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional legal experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience in a senior legal or legal‑management role.
• Defence/manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with DPO/GDPR matters is an advantage.
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a broad legal agenda.
