Head of Facilities Maintenance and Construction

About the role

As part of continuous growth and significant industrial expansion, we are seeking a Head of Facilities Maintenance and Construction to lead building infrastructure projects, facility upgrades, renovations and maintenance operations across our manufacturing sites. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical leader with strong site supervision experience who can coordinate internal teams, contractors and external partners to ensure safe, compliant and efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead facilities and building maintenance across manufacturing sites, coordinating on‑site technical execution and daily supervision.
• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, predictive and improvement maintenance strategies.
• Plan, prioritize and monitor civil works, renovation, expansion and upgrade projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget, timeline and safety standards.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, control costs and optimise resources.
• Supervise contractors and service providers, monitor progress, quality, safety and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections, identify problems, propose solutions and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities management, construction or industrial infrastructure.
• Proven hands‑on site supervision experience, including contractor management and HSE compliance.
• Ability to read and review technical drawings, layouts and specifications.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (or similar CAD software).
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with maintenance management systems or technical reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
