About the role
As an HVAC Construction Manager you will join our Greek team to lead design‑and‑build projects for industrial buildings, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the design of the technical HVAC solution.
- Act as the main on‑site contact for the client, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Manage HVAC construction activities and supervise subcontractors.
- Coordinate operations prior to acceptance and commissioning.
- Drive financial planning and project scheduling.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience on industrial building construction projects.
- Strong technical mindset with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in multicultural environments.
- Fluent in Greek and English; French is a plus.
