Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its Quality team at the Athens office. The role offers international exposure to state‑of‑the‑art quality systems within a leading EPC contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous support to users on Archirodon’s Quality Systems, driving improvement of policies, procedures and forms.
• Raise awareness of process governance and support QLT project teams on the workflow automation tool.
• Update and develop training material, documentation and awareness campaigns for QLT workflows.
• Participate in meetings with departments to assist in Business Continuity Plan and Anti‑Bribery Management System development.
• Collect, register and analyse audit findings, maintain the database and facilitate process‑improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation and follow‑up of process‑improvement action plans derived from common findings and lessons learned.

Required profile

• BSc in Engineering (Master’s degree considered an asset).
• Up to 4 years experience in quality or management systems, preferably in a large organization; construction industry experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22301 or ISO 37001.
• Experience mapping operational processes and applying quality‑assurance practices.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or other ISO management systems (asset).
• Fluency in English and strong analytical, presentation and training skills.
