Construction Manager – Data Center Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead our data‑center projects in Greece, reporting to the Regional Director and overseeing the full project lifecycle from preparation to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Define methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors) and anticipate technical constraints.
• Manage project execution and coordinate on‑site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget and schedule.
• Supervise site managers and oversee subcontractors.
• Ensure contractual and regulatory follow‑up, including change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards and organizing handovers.
• Lead site meetings and serve as liaison with partners.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules.

Required profile

• Electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree.
• At least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi‑disciplinary industrial building projects.
• Recognized leadership and strong interpersonal skills, combining diplomacy, rigor and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to work mainly on‑site and travel frequently.
