About the role

You will be the key link between our global KN Stations and customers, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence. By monitoring live shipments and coordinating transportation, you will guarantee on‑time performance and strengthen customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external KPIs and create performance overviews on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Monitor live shipments and coordinate transportation to ensure on‑time performance compliance.
• Report on milestone completeness and timeliness, providing reason coding for milestone reporting.
• Collaborate with international internal and external teams and support KN Stations in various countries.
• Gain knowledge across different Modes of Transport (MOTs) to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• High commitment, motivation, teamwork ability, flexibility and strong self‑organization.
• Open‑mindedness towards new challenges.
• Strong ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
