About the role
Barilla Hellas is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support operations at the Theva plant. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will ensure accurate inventory management and smooth daily warehouse activities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee inbound logistics, shipment discrepancies, supplier receipts, and customer returns.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock status, adjustments, consumption, and scrap.
- Manage daily SAP warehouse movements and resolve related issues.
- Coordinate inventory counts, system cut‑offs, and stock preparation.
- Optimize warehouse capacity and stock positioning.
- Support reworking and repacking operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, industrial engineering or related field.
- Relevant work experience is highly appreciated.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Result‑oriented, self‑motivated and continuous learning attitude.
Required skills
- SAP knowledge or experience.
