Group Sales Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to lead its luxury hospitality sales efforts. The role focuses on driving group revenue from corporate, incentive travel, and MICE segments while strengthening relationships with key partners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive group revenue in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy, targeting corporate groups, incentive travel, and MICE markets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with agencies, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
• Represent the hotel within the global Four Seasons network and act as the primary point of contact for group sales.
• Identify and develop feeder markets, especially those in the United States.
• Collaborate with on‑site food & beverage and events teams to ensure seamless delivery of group experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales, with a strong understanding of MICE and group segments.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, dynamic hotel environment.
• Preferably knowledgeable about the US market.
