About the role

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is seeking a skilled Plumber to join its Engineering Department on a permanent basis. The role involves maintaining and repairing the hotel’s plumbing systems across guestrooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest and employee maintenance requests courteously and promptly.
• Repair bathroom plumbing, replace leaking faucets, fix lavatory sinks and unclog toilets, showers and sink drains.
• Perform preventive maintenance in guestrooms and public areas.
• Repair equipment brought to the Engineering workshop by other departments.
• Estimate material quantities for projects and requisition supplies.
• Maintain records, logs and reports of work performed and materials used.
• Assist with installing or relocating equipment as required.
• Respond to work orders, room inspection reports and emergency situations such as fires or power failures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a plumber in a hotel, commercial building or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, preventive maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and a guest‑oriented approach.
• European passport or legal right to work in Greece.
