German Travel Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Travel Support Agent to join our outsourcing/BPO team in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for our accommodation partners, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all incoming client contacts via phone, email or chat.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to answer queries and resolve issues.
• Provide accurate information on room modifications, rates, availability and extranet tools.
• Use appropriate tools and processes to deliver complete and valid information.
• Maintain high levels of client service and ensure a positive partner experience.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German and fluent English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work rotating morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.
• Resident of Greece or able to relocate on short notice.
• Tech‑savvy with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
