Full-Stack AI Engineer (Athens)

About the role

D ONE is a premium consultancy specializing in data, AI and transformation, supporting clients across Europe from its hubs in Zurich, Munich and Athens. As a Full-Stack AI Engineer based in Athens, you will design and build end-to-end AI-powered applications for clients, from backend logic and data pipelines to polished user interfaces, working with the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design tailored full-stack AI solutions
• Build and integrate applications covering frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs and AI/ML components
• Develop and deploy generative AI features, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines and AI agents
• Present results and prototypes to stakeholders and management
• Occasionally travel to Switzerland and internationally to meet clients and collaborate with the Zurich headquarters team

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including frontend frameworks such as React and Vue, and backend technologies such as Python and Node.js
• Hands-on experience building and integrating AI/ML models and LLM-based applications (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain)
• Experience with relational and/or vector databases and data handling fundamentals
• Excellent English communication skills
• Pragmatic, result-oriented attitude and good teamwork

• Backend technologies (Python, Node.js) and REST/GraphQL APIs
• LLM integration tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
