About the role

Join an international, multicultural team as a French‑Speaking Customer Support Agent, providing high‑quality assistance to customers of a leading global company. Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support in French via inbound phone, chat, and email.
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations.
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow established processes, quality standards, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level French language skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced international environment.
