About the role

Join TP Greece to represent one of the world’s most iconic luxury vehicle manufacturers. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the ownership journey, handling inquiries and coordinating service arrangements in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels, including phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with service and maintenance appointments, vehicle‑related inquiries and roadside assistance requests.
• Provide support for connected‑vehicle services, mobile applications, infotainment systems and subscription‑based features.
• Handle customer cases and complaints with professionalism, empathy and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Coordinate appointments, service arrangements, courtesy‑vehicle requests and follow‑ups, while maintaining accurate customer records.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (minimum C1 level) and good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to work in a multinational environment.
• Driver’s license and geographical awareness are advantageous.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy and confidence navigating digital tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications.
