French Team Leader

About the role

Concentrix Greece is looking for a French‑speaking Team Leader to supervise a group of call‑center associates. You will be responsible for daily operations, performance monitoring and ensuring that service levels meet contractual KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of French‑speaking agents, monitoring attendance and work quality.
• Coach and develop team members on a regular basis to achieve performance targets.
• Identify performance issues, create improvement plans and implement corrective actions, up to termination.
• Ensure service delivery meets KPI and financial expectations.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on escalated customer calls.
• Conduct team meetings, organize activities and communicate updates.
• Stay current on internal processes, policies and attend manager development training.

Required profile

• Associate degree in a related field (preferred).
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Strong motivation to develop and coach team members.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
