French-Speaking Search Engine Customer Expert

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking professional to join our Search Engine Customer Experts team in Athens. After an intensive product training you will become a digital specialist, helping entrepreneurs and businesses improve their visibility on the world’s most popular search engine.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to businesses on how customers search for them and how to enhance their online reputation.
• Assist clients in optimizing their presence across Google tools such as Maps, Cloud Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Promote related Google products to existing customers when required.

Required profile

• Excellent command of French and strong customer‑service mindset.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with desktop computers, internet applications, and MS Office.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Google Maps and the Google Cloud ecosystem (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience using Chrome OS and Android operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
