French-speaking Customer Service Expert – Premium Motorcycle Brand

About the role

TP Greece, in partnership with the iconic Norton Motorcycles, is looking for French‑speaking Customer Experts to deliver premium support to high‑value riders worldwide. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level troubleshooting for connected motorcycle services.
• Collect, analyse and act on customer feedback through structured workflows.
• Guide prospects and existing customers through their journey, delivering accurate information.
• Coordinate with Norton’s dealer network to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
• Escalate complex cases and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably for a premium or luxury brand.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and capacity to handle sensitive cases.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
