French-Speaking Customer Service Expert – Greece

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Experts to join Miele’s Customer Support team in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, helping them with product usage, troubleshooting, and order management while upholding Miele’s “Immer Besser” quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in French.
• Provide guidance on the proper use and maintenance of Miele appliances.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues, escalating when necessary.
• Process refunds, exchanges and order placements.
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.

Required profile

• High level of fluency in French and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or troubleshooting, preferably in the household‑appliance sector.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong active‑listening abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work onsite.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using standard office tools.
