French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Athens

About the role

We are looking for fluent French‑speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a global business‑software company’s modern contact centre in Athens. This position is ideal for candidates who want to start a career in a multicultural, multilingual environment while providing top‑class support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, chat and email in French, using English as the working language.
• Deliver first‑contact resolution and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Accurately log all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Work rotating shifts covering the operation’s opening hours, Monday to Sunday.

Required profile

• Native or C1‑level fluency in French with a good command of English.
• EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection certificate (as required by the client).
• Based in Athens, Greece (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
• No prior experience required – full paid training will be provided.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (generic usage).
