French Speaking Customer Care Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Care Specialist to join a fast‑growing international hospitality technology company. Based in Athens, you will support restaurants and hospitality professionals through a hybrid work model, delivering high‑quality assistance across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and messaging platforms.
• Provide empathetic, professional, and efficient support while meeting CSAT and SLA targets.
• Develop deep knowledge of the company’s hospitality technology platforms to offer accurate technical assistance.
• Resolve requests quickly, escalating complex technical or billing issues to internal teams.
• Prioritize operational issues during restaurant service hours and manage sensitive customer data with confidentiality.

Required profile

• Native or C1‑level French with at least B2‑level English.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, or hospitality.
• Solution‑driven, proactive, and able to guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to handle sensitive information.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
