About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Expert to join our Athens team. The role involves delivering high‑quality support to French‑speaking clients across phone, email and chat, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior assistance to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to offer accurate guidance.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments, sharing client insights to improve service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and service requests in our CRM system.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy and a customer‑centric attitude in all communications.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English to work with multinational teams.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patient, adaptable and able to manage diverse client interactions.
