French Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a leading outsourcing and BPO provider in Athens. The role is full‑time and combines office‑based work with remote tasks, offering a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Build lasting relationships through clear communication and accurate information.
• Use internal tools and processes to provide complete and correct responses.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and account activities.
• Follow company communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French with a natural accent and strong English proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Professional home setup suitable for hybrid work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
