French Customer Service Advisor – Athens or Remote (Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a global brand’s support team. You can work from our modern office in Athens or remotely from anywhere in Greece, providing assistance to French‑language customers via phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French, handling inquiries about orders, products, deliveries and account details.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Escalate complex cases according to established procedures and follow up until resolution.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve service standards.
• Meet individual and team performance targets related to quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 or higher) – written and spoken.
• Good English (B1 or higher) for internal communication.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused, empathetic and resilient attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
• Legal right to live and work in Greece.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for managing customer interactions.
