Financial Analyst – Neuro EMEA & EP MEA

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the leadership of the EMEA Neurovascular and MEA Electrophysiology businesses. The role provides finance‑driven insights, management reporting and analytical support to enable data‑based decision‑making and sustainable profitable growth across the franchise.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse financial data from enterprise systems and business partners to identify performance drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver actionable management reports for senior leadership in the Neurovascular and Electrophysiology segments.
• Partner with business units to support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Contribute to strategic financial planning and profitability initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial information and alignment with corporate objectives.
