Financial Analyst – Financial Due Diligence

About the role

Join EY-Parthenon’s Financial Due Diligence team in Athens and support private equity and corporate clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will work with real financial data, turning raw numbers into actionable insights that shape deals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and prepare databooks and financial analyses in Excel, covering P&L, working capital, net debt and cash flow.
• Process, clean and reconcile financial and operational data provided by clients and targets.
• Identify key trends, profit drivers and quality‑of‑earnings adjustments alongside senior team members.
• Contribute to due diligence reports, exhibits and client presentations.
• Manage information request lists and track data received from targets.
• Conduct financial research and benchmarking to support transaction assessments.

Required profile

• Intellectually curious and commercially sharp.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑performance, collaborative team.
• Comfort with handling large data sets and complex financial information.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
