F&B Manager

About the role

LUURA Paros Cliff, a luxury hotel with 39 rooms overlooking the Aegean, is looking for an F&B Manager. The role leads food and beverage across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, events and banqueting, tailoring group standards to the local context and building a culture of service, collaboration and continuous improvement. It is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows F&B and hotel operations well.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all F&B operations and align Floor Managers, ensuring a consistent, memorable guest experience
• Develop and lead a high-performing team, including recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning
• Partner with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager, and work with Revenue, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximise covers and revenue
• Plan and deliver events, banquets, private dining and special activations
• Manage schedules, labour productivity, overtime costs, budgets, payroll, purchasing, inventory and profitability
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, HACCP, health and safety and licensing requirements, and build supplier relationships
• Oversee in-room dining and act as a brand ambassador for guests and VIPs

Required profile

• 3-5 years in an F&B leadership role in a luxury hotel, resort, lifestyle brand, beach club or premium restaurant, with strong references
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets and recruiting, scheduling and labour cost management
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, payroll and inventory management
• Experience collaborating with culinary, revenue, sales, marketing and rooms teams; pre-opening experience highly desirable
• Excellent command of English; EU work eligibility required
