F&B Buyer – Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

The F&B Buyer will support the procurement function of a leading resort group, ensuring the timely sourcing of food and beverage products that meet quality, cost and sustainability standards. This fixed‑term position offers the chance to work in a dynamic hospitality environment and develop strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new suppliers and products, negotiate terms and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
• Secure advantageous pricing and rebate conditions through skilled negotiation.
• Execute product and service ordering processes in line with managerial requests.
• Monitor market trends and conduct regular supplier visits to stay informed.
• Enter new products into the ERP system with accurate details.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices and ensure timely supplier payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience purchasing F&B products.
• Proven understanding of procurement processes and negotiation techniques.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with fluency in English.
• Experience managing operational expenditure budgets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procurement ERP systems.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
