Experienced Sales Representative – Retail

About the role

Sigma Office is looking for an experienced sales representative to work in its Thessaloniki store, providing consultative solutions for office equipment and educational furniture. The role combines in‑store customer service, phone and email support, and proactive sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service to in‑store customers, as well as via phone and email.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and professional solutions.
• Prepare commercial offers and follow up systematically until closing the sale.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Actively pursue commercial opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Stay updated on product range, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Contribute to individual and store sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of results.
• Experience in B2B sales or the office equipment/furniture sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand client needs, build strong sales arguments, and negotiate effectively.
• Goal‑driven, results‑oriented mindset with commercial acumen.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and quotes.
• Professionalism, accountability, and reliability.
• Proactive attitude, positive mindset, and strong teamwork skills.
• Good command of written and verbal English.

• Experience with ERP systems.
