Experienced Associate in Accounting & Finance Managed Services

About the role

PwC Greece is seeking an Experienced Associate to join its Accounting & Finance Managed Services team in Athens. You will work on complex client environments, delivering high‑quality accounting, finance and tax compliance services while building long‑term trust with our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting, finance and tax compliance outsourcing activities for multiple clients.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements under Greek GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare and review corporate tax returns (VAT, CIT, withholding tax, etc.).
• Oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting to client management.
• Advise clients on statutory accounting and tax compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional experience in accounting, finance or tax, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts.
• Excellent academic record from a Greek or foreign top‑tier university.
• Strong knowledge of Greek tax and accounting legislation.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
