Senior Associate – Deals & Strategy Transaction Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Deals & Strategy Transaction Services team in Athens. You will work on high‑profile M&A transactions, collaborate with top‑tier dealmakers and provide comprehensive support throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review business, financial and other information and analyse key drivers.
• Prepare quantitative and financial analyses using Alteryx, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI and AI tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑LoS teams and participate in cross‑border projects.
• Interact with C‑suite executives and conduct interviews with client and target management.
• Produce executive reports and conduct market research for clients.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in audit, financial planning, analysis or transaction services.
• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Greek.
• Commercial focus with genuine interest in deal transactions.
