Executive Assistant – Thessaloniki

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership team of Greece Sotheby's International Realty in Thessaloniki. The role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications on behalf of leadership.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders in a warm, professional manner.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Required profile

• University degree and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
• Highly organised, calm under pressure, and exceptionally reliable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with scheduling software.
