Real Estate Sales Executive – Thessaloniki

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to strengthen our REO sales team in Northern Greece. You will work with a diversified portfolio of REO and private properties, driving commercial performance in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and commercialise REO and private property portfolios in Northern Greece.
• Communicate with prospective buyers, investors and other stakeholders.
• Conduct property visits, presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate approval processes according to client guidelines.
• Collaborate with external brokerage networks and internal legal/support teams to close transactions.
• Monitor sales targets, pipeline and performance metrics.
• Prepare and analyse KPI reports and update the CRM for reporting purposes.
• Implement commercial strategy following internal procedures and client directions.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in real‑estate or B2C sales.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel for KPI tracking and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organised, goal‑oriented and capable of handling multiple cases.
• Basic understanding of the real‑estate market.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel within Northern Greece.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and personal transport.
