Investment & Acquisitions Director

About the role

ZOIA is seeking an Investment & Acquisitions Director to drive the growth of its real‑estate portfolio across Greece. The role will own the acquisition process end‑to‑end, from sourcing and screening opportunities through due diligence, negotiation and transaction execution, working closely with C‑level executives and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source potential real‑estate acquisitions, development opportunities, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, brokers, developers, investors, banks and other market participants.
• Screen and assess opportunities, prepare underwriting and commercial analyses, and coordinate due‑diligence processes.
• Draft investment summaries, negotiate offers, LOIs, MOUs and manage transactions through to completion.
• Monitor market developments and support relationships with investors, lenders and strategic partners.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law or related field; postgraduate qualification or RICS/CFA a plus.
• 7–12 years of experience in real‑estate acquisitions, investment, development, capital markets or related areas.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and execute real‑estate transactions in the Greek market.
• Professional fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with investment‑management software.
