Support Officer – Valuations

About the role

The Support Officer will join REInvest Greece’s Valuations team, handling administrative valuation requests from start to finish. The role ensures that each request is processed accurately, on time, and in line with internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, and process incoming administrative valuation requests.
• Collect, verify, and record all required information and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary data and complete valuations.
• Monitor pending cases, take corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Update internal systems with accurate request information.
• Prepare reports, status summaries, and other administrative documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal procedures.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a back‑office, administrative support, or operations role.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
