Assistant Property Manager – Short-Term Rentals

About the role

LAMDA POLIS, a short‑term rental management company located in central Athens near the Acropolis, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests primarily via messaging platforms and by phone when needed.
• Assist and guide guests, resolving any issues that arise during their stay.
• Monitor emails, reservations and listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Coordinate the cleaning team to maintain property standards.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate maintenance or technical repairs.
• Contribute to delivering an excellent hospitality experience for every visitor.

Required profile

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills, professional conduct and a high sense of responsibility.
• Previous experience in tourism, short‑term rental management or related hospitality roles.
• Familiarity with OTAs, PMS software or channel‑manager tools is a plus.
• Additional language skills or a degree in Tourism or a related field are advantageous.
• Ability to travel by scooter or motorcycle is appreciated but not mandatory.
